Voted Best Café in Italy 2024 by Bar Awards, it is Milan’s first specialty coffee roastery inspired by Brazil, dedicated to selecting the finest coffees from around the world. With the aim of spreading coffee culture, it offers training courses, tasting events, and catering services.
Panfé – a neighborhood bakery – brings to BiM a unique offering based on in-house breadmaking specialties, with handmade products crafted from carefully selected raw ingredients, providing service from breakfast through aperitivo.
Pavilion – Sips & Bites – the first BiMstrò, a café founded in 2023 in the Innovation building and run by Fuorimano, has moved to the ground floor of the Pavilion with a completely renewed design by Paola Navone–Otto Studio and a new format featuring contemporary cuisine.
All the events in the BiM schedule are free.
