A new, citizen-friendly green district

A Milan landmark designed by Vittorio Gregotti is transformed to interact with the city through a visionary renewal plan by Piuarch.

The beating heart of BiM is the piazza in the building’s central courtyard, a sort of urban wood designed by landscape architect Antonio Perazzi that engages with the architecture and invites people to walk through it, explore it, experience it.

In the middle of it all is the Pavilion, an iconic, multifunctional space with a distinctive, adaptable design that serves as a focal point for ideas, projects and special events and activities.
