Colourful, pop, informal, BiMstrò is a temporary cafeteria designed by Paola Navone (Otto Studio) and is open to the public every day from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Located on the ground floor and overlooking the BiM Garden, BiMstrò combines food and design, culture and sociability, work and leisure in an unconventional ephemeral architecture.
Managed by Fuorimano, a young and dynamic reality of the Milanese gourmet scene, BiMstrò ranges from breakfast and lunch to the aperitivo, with sweet and savoury dishes made with top quality raw materials, as well as a selection of specialty coffees and cocktails on tap.
